At Studio House Barrie, we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for humans of all (16+) ages and experience levels. 

We believe that EVERYONE who wants to dance is a dancer, and we strive to provide a safe space for people to explore movement, find some 'me time', reconnect with an artform from childhood, or train to improve technique and skills.

Older dancers returning to movement after years away, new dancers who are leaning to move for the very first time, and experienced dancers looking for a fun escape all find a supportive and encouraging environment inside the walls of Studio House.

Our mission is to help our dancers develop their skills, foster a love of movement, and build confidence that spreads to every corner of life inside and outside the studio.

Studio House Barrie stands for self-love, feminine empowerment, and strength in community.

Our feature offering at Studio House is our 12-week heels dance training and performance sessions!

Session dancers train, grow, and learn THREE routines that are then performed in a large, full-scale production at the end of the 12 weeks. Session classes range from absolute beginner - ZERO experience necessary - to advanced level heels dancers.

Over the last seven years, we have performed at the Orillia Opera House, Georgian College, the Southshore Community Centre, the Barrie Curling Club, and many more venues around Simcoe County and hosted single productions showcasing over 90 dancers.

Our experienced instructors are formally trained in heels dance and heels dance instruction. They are passionate about dance and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our studio. Dedicated to helping our students grow as dancers and individuals, they are leaders in our community and are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.
